Purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use this
product for personal work and the purchaser's own commercial operations on
their own devices. A business purchase permits internal use by one team of
up to five people. The purchaser may modify the included source for these
internal uses and make backup copies.

Reports generated with the product may be shared with clients and colleagues
and used in commercial work. The purchaser retains all rights to their own
input data and generated reports; Kornilov Tools claims no rights to that data.

Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the product's application,
source, templates or example package as a standalone product, hosted public
service or part of a competing commercial package. Do not remove copyright
or license notices. A license to reports is not a license to redistribute
the application itself. Redistribution within the licensed team is allowed.

The product is supplied "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law,
no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation
or error-free output is given. The purchaser must review outputs before
making business decisions. Liability is limited to the purchase price to
the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude any mandatory
consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No third-party runtime libraries are bundled. Browser and operating-system
licenses are separate. Refund and support terms, if offered at purchase,
are governed by the seller's stated offer and applicable law.

Лицензия позволяет личное и коммерческое внутреннее использование, изменение
исходников для себя и своей команды до пяти человек и резервные копии.
Отчёты можно передавать клиентам. Само приложение и исходники нельзя продавать,
публиковать или раздавать третьим лицам как самостоятельный продукт/сервис.
Обязательные права потребителя, установленные законом, не ограничиваются.
